Placement assistance and career guidance
Course materials, lab access, and project-based learning
Free demo sessions and career counseling

3. Enrollment & Payment

Course fees must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule
EMI options are available for eligible courses
Enrollment is confirmed only after receipt of payment or signed agreement
Course fees are subject to change without prior notice for new enrollments
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

4. Student Responsibilities

Maintain regular attendance as per batch schedule
Complete assignments, projects, and assessments on time
Do not share course materials, recordings, or login credentials
Maintain professional conduct during training sessions
Respect intellectual property rights of all course content

5. Placement Assistance

Nexson IT Academy provides placement assistance, which includes resume building, interview preparation, and connecting students with hiring partners. Placement assistance does not guarantee employment. Job placement depends on individual performance, market conditions, and employer requirements.

6. Certifications

Upon successful completion of a course, students receive the Nexson IT Academy course completion certificate. Industry-recognized certifications (CEH, AWS, CompTIA, etc.) are optional add-ons at additional cost and are subject to the respective certification body's terms and requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, presentations, lab environments, and website content are the intellectual property of Nexson IT Academy. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nexson IT Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the course fee paid by the student.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
